RMEOA Membership Resources
All properties in RME are part of an owners' association called the "Rag Mountain Estates Owners Association" (RMEOA). As such, all properties are subject to the By-laws, Deeds, and Covenants of the RMEOA and must pay dues to RMEOA. Dues are primarily used to maintain our community's roads (which are private) and our common areas (such as the swimming pond.)

Our RMEOA Board
The Rag Mountain Estates Owners Association (RMEOA) is a community board of elected volunteers who oversee the maintenance and financial structure of the RME Property Owners Association (POA) that is regulated by the VA Property Owners Association Act.
